Polisario confidential

The Polisario Front which constantly advances to never have recourse to the lobbyists has signed up a contract with the diplomatic advisory group “Independent Diplomat Inc” Founded and directed by Carne Ross.
This last is a former British diplomat who has worked as speechwriter to British foreign secretary Malcolm Rifkind.
It is via Sidi Omar, the representative of the Front in England and Ireland that the contact with this lobbying group was made for, according to the contract terms which offers counseling and support to the Front to enhance its international diplomacy, such as helping draft letters to the Security Council.
The classic formula “refunding of expenses” was put in the contract in order to hide the actual “Independent Diplomat Inc” fees.
In fact and as revealed on several occasions by “polisario-confidential.org”, the Polisario Front regularly uses lobbying companies which would be, according to experts in international relations, paid for by Algeria.

In 1993, the representative of the Polisario Front in the United States Mouloud Said has signed an unlimited contract with the lawyer Paul S. Reichler referring to lobbying among “members of the congress, their staff and members of US executive”.
The contract stipulates that all the lawyer’s expenses will be charged to the Polisario Front.  
Actually the matter is not that clear. It happens that the lawyer Paul Reichler is part of the  “Foley Hoag LLP” firm which signed  with Algeria an annual contract of almost 360.000 $ renewed in 2007 and which “Polisario Confidentiel” hands it exclusively to its readers.

A conference co-organized by the university of Agadir and “Tarika Derkaouia Ibrahimia Al Bassiria” took place in Laayoune on the 16th and 17th of June.
The purpose of the conference was to pay respect to Sidi Mohammed Bassiri, considered by the Polisario Front as the original mythical figure of the guerrilla and without whom the Polisario would not exist.
During two days most of the participants (Experts, historians and people having close thighs with Sidi Mohammed Bassiri) have proved that this historical figure of the Polisario Front is actually a Moroccan “freedom fighter” who asserted very early the indexation of the Western Sahara to Morocco.

The summer house of the Polisario Front Secretary General in Arucas (the Canaries) would have been “visited” last Sunday night.
Apparently, nothing was missing from the house and according to a close source to the leaders of the Polisario Front; the “night visitors” would have had the keys of the residence.
According to the same source, the Secretary General of the Polisario front was not happy when he learned that his villa “has been visited”, but refused to file a complaint, not wanting to appear as owner of the residence which is registered under the name of a company in town.
Always according to this same source, it is more than probable that this “visit” was a “warning” from people having worked for the SG of Polisario during several years in the maintenance of the house and who were fired without notice by his wife last October.

According to our sources, some Polisario Front “godfathers”did not welcome the nomination of Khadija Hamdi as Minister of culture
The impetuous wife of the secretary General of the Front seems to have a very personal perception of her new job. Last week, she fired several influential members of her office causing the anger of historical chiefs of the revolutionary movement.
The object of the discord would have been the disappearance of several archaeological objects stored in the building occupied by Mrs. Hamdi in Bir Lehlu. The same objects would have made a miraculous “reappearance” in Spain, where an influential member of the Front would have tried to sell them to a Spanish art dealer of Peruvian origin. This last, alerted by several press reports on degradations of prehistorical sites in the Sahara, would have alerted the local authorities who seized few flints as well as remedies of gravestones.
Having heard about the stones disappearance and their “reappearance” in Spain, Mrs. Hamdi would have refused to corroborate the version of the trafficker who affirmed having been charged to “give them to a museum”.
